Effective communication is more than talking, asking questions and listening.  It is about creating lasting relationships, build on values such as trust, respect, co-operation, honesty, support and such.  With this seminar, you will benefit largely from the key principles of building lasting relationships through outstanding communication skills.  Our workshops avoid too much of the theoretical models, and give practical tips, techniques and strategies to use in the daily environment.

This program changes your interpersonal communication process, communication style and focuses on the critical skills of sending messages, listening and providing feedback. Case studies and interactive group work are used to develop good interpersonal communication skills in the workplace.  Verbal and nonverbal aspects of good interpersonal communication styles are reviewed and practiced.
