1. Strategic seminars

 

The participants explore different strategies. The higher management designs the ideal applications of the management concepts. New concepts and ideas replace 'old' paradigms.We start with the vision of the company and determine a complete implementation strategy. This strategy shall enable the management to implement the new strategy in a smoother and faster way. 

2. Workshops

A balance between theory and practice, competencies and skills. The starting point is: a training can never be enough 'hands on'. Changes that are foreseen by the higher management are turned into concrete actions and improvement plans.

Our emphasis will be a style of participatory leadership and swift communication. 

 

 

3. Giving information and sensitising people

Guarantee new initiatives and enabling the employees to cope with changes, asks a lot of time and a lot of patience. Mainly it demands a huge dose of perseverance. Lead people through the changes and coach them to the deserved successe
