Do you remember how you felt on your first moment of glory?

Was it your first goal in a football game?  Was it your first victory on the tennis court?  Was it the first applause on the theatre stage?

Those were moments of success when you knew a job had been well done or a new level of expertise had been reached.  We like to feel good about ourselves.  We do our best to experience personal and professional successes more often.  On the other hand, we do not enjoy the sense of failure.  We particularly do not enjoy being measured against other people and found wanting.

In real life, we do not all have the same capabilities, nor are we all performing under identical circumstances.

What, then, can we do to maintain our self-esteem and ensure that we frequently experience success?

Our Coaching aims to enhance the performance and learning ability of others.  It involves providing feedback, but it also uses other techniques such as motivation, effective questioning and consciously matching your management style to the coachee’s readiness to undertake a particular task.

It is based on helping the coachee to help her / himself through dynamic interaction – it does not rely on a one – way flow of telling and instructing.

Success varies from person to person.

For a runner, success may be physical achievement, or discipline.  For a student it may be struggling with a math problem.  For a sales representative, it may be the turning point in the graph, where it goes upward.  For a mother, it may be the first time her shy child is confident enough to spend the night away from home. For a manager, it may be the increase in productivity.  For a business leader, it may be a positive impact on market share and corporate image.

Every New Year, thousands of persons resolve to seek success in their personal and professional lives.  They may write exhaustive lists of resolutions or SMART goals, which in a day or two are for the most part broken or discarded.

Our coaching guides you step-by-step through a introspection of the nature of your success. The way you set goals for yourself to ensure success, and, in particular, the way you handle the time without which the achievement of any goals is impossible.

You will come to realize the importance of goals, properly used, in the achievement of success.  You will be helped to monitor your progress towards success by the implementation of interim checkpoints (personal performance management) on the way.  Each small success you experience will make the next step easier and the probability of ultimate success greater.  So check out our coaching in detail.
